Week 3 Term 3 Reflection

Numeracy
















This Week I have been working on my find fractions of sets of shapes by equal sharing. I found this hard because their were some hard ones to do. we got to do it 1 each day we got to school at Numeracy time after morning tea time.

Summary: The book is about a young girl who moves into a new home with her mother after her once single mother finds a new boyfriend,Sam Disgruntled and unhappy about the way about the way these proceedings are going,she doesn't try to make Friend's with Sam's two sons Rory and Jake, and keep's to herself by not saying a word. Soon, Jake nicknames her Lizzie       

Reflection T3W5 2016

Numeracy 

 This week I have been working on finding fractions of sets and   shapes by equal sharing. I found it a bit hard but I got some help  

  now I know some of my fractions.

           This week I have been working on my fanboys sentence      structure it is a shared slide some groups had done it

         I had even done it was fun to do. I found it hard but I new what to do. 

Geronimo Stilton 30bc

     This is my first 30bc blog Post this book is about                               Geronimo Stilton and he saves alot of pepeol from alot of                 danger he is a true hero.  

Book Week 2016

Book Character day 2016

Today was book character Day. What we had to do was dress up as our favorite character out of a book. Some of our teachers were wearing Harry Potter Costumes.  My teacher Miss Panther was Hermione Granger and my other teacher Miss Leigh was Neville Longbottom.

On Tuesday we had buddy Reading. What we had to do was we had to read a book to our Buddy. After we read the book to our buddy, our buddy read the book to us. I had a good time when my buddy read with me it was really fun.

Also there has been a coloring in competition in Nga Manawa our beautiful Greymain school Library. Their were all sorts of pictures to Color. Each syndicate got a prize for the best color-er.

The Golden Ticket??????? 

Every day the whole school has to find one golden ticket that is hidden around the school grounds. It was really hard to find it  because  the spots that they were in were really hard to find.  My class was spending some of the learning time on finding the Golden ticket and 1 of the kids in Mamaku found it and got some pretty cool Prizes. 

               

        

Week 2 Term Reflection

Olympics

This week we have been studying athletes in the New Zealand team. Our task was to find 3 different athletes (Boy or girl) Please go onto the https://www.olympic.org/ to find more about the Olympics games. and Information (optional) we had a slide on our drive it was called the Country profile. we had to Ctrl c and Ctrl v it onto our Country profile here is my Olympic Athlete:

Week 10 Reflection 2016

Hello everybody. mamaku has been busy bee's we have a new class now with the beautiful furniture and the new carpet we no longer in the Technology center now we have finally got our own class but their is clean toilet's and room's where we can do our screencastify it is been such a pleasure for the worker's that built our lovely new clean classroom it is great that we have a new classroom.

This week I have been working on my math's add and subtract

by making ten I found it really hard and easy I guese but now I know how to add and subtract by making ten it was fun getting help by Ellie.
